FR: Shadowbinder

My entry for the Flight Rising: Something About Dragons Contest. This is Shadowbinder, one of the gods from Flight Rising.

Winner or not, I learned a lot doing this piece. Neon has always been one of my major inspirations in dragon art, and this picture gave me the opportunity to further observe her work, only to admire it even more.
